Sumloop is provided by PSB Ideas, operated by Paul Steinberg LLC. By using Sumloop you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using the service. Provide an accurate age range.

Playing fairly

Use the game for personal entertainment. Do not manipulate scores, bypass security checks, automate competitive play or interfere with other players. Use an appropriate public nickname without impersonation or abusive content. We may remove invalid scores or restrict abusive accounts.

Daily play

Boards and competition days use UTC. Scores must reach the server before the day closes. Connectivity or technical issues may affect saving or availability. Rankings are for entertainment and do not award cash or prizes.

Accounts and privacy

Keep your Google account secure. You can request deletion through these instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Optional analytics is not required. Android may display banner advertising subject to applicable privacy choices.

Availability and your rights

We may update or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We will present materially revised terms for acceptance before further play.
