Delete your Sumloop account

You can delete your account in Sumloop for Android: open Profile, open the account menu, and choose Delete account. Confirm only when you want your account and scores removed.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Sumloop account deletion”, preferably from the Google email used to sign in. Include your public nickname if known. Never send a password or verification code. We may need to verify ownership before deleting an account.

What is removed

Deletion removes your Firebase sign-in account, profile, nickname, saved daily scores and personal play/ranking statistics. It cannot be undone. Local game progress can be removed separately by clearing the app’s storage or browser site data. Previously aggregated analytics and limited provider operational/security records may remain under their retention policies.
